Pre-wiring during first fix can cost a nominal amount yet enables the ultimate home owner to have a system installed with minimal disruption. We can even produce a menu of options which the home buyer can bundle in to the purchase price of the property.
High Quality Project Documentation
We can produce a wiring schematic as an extra layer of your CAD drawings. Each type of wire (Cat5e, Speaker or TV cable) will be colour coded on the drawing - this colour will match the colour of the cable we supply to you. This ensures complete clarity for the electrical contractor. Our wiring schedule also includes details of every wire which needs to be run - end points, colour and a label. The detail in these drawings helps us ensure that the largest of jobs goes smoothly and feeds in to our comprehensive hand over documents. This is in addition to our usual site visits.
