The future is Fibre and it is here now!
For some time fibre networks have been the next big thing - with the arrival of products like the Crestron Digital Media System they are required now. 
We can just about run full 1080p and HD audio down Cat5e cable, for short distances, with fibre there is enough bandwidth to run six consecutive streams of HD Video and Audio at once - over huge distances.
Fibre Trained & Accredited
Custom Controls have spent considerable time and money training some of our team up on the latest fibre techniques - from splicing and joining fibre cores to blowing fibre around a property. Blowing fibre enables us to give a 3rd party (electricians usually) the outer sheath which they can install in a property - following our guidelines for turn radius etc - we can then simply push fibre round the property. This technique also provides a very neat installation with custom lengths of cable installed to every destination.
Available as a Service to 3rd Parties
We recognise that not everyone in the audio visual industry will become accredited fibre installers so we are offering our services to 3rd parties - when we arent doing our own installations of course.
