Plasma or LCD based Home Cinema Installations
This is what most people mean by surround sound or home cinema. We tend to install these systems either in smaller rooms or multifunctional rooms where the TV shouldn't dominate the room, such as a lounge. This is a giant leap up from the life style system most people are familiar with and will allow the whole family to enjoy films.
The Award winning DF range from Artcoustic are perfect for these systems - speakers come in sizes designed to match 42" (DF65-50), 50" (DF75-55) and 65" (DF100-55) displays and, of course, can be covered in a material of your choosing.
Projector Based Home Cinema with Drop Down Screen
Good in multi-functional rooms for clients who aren't willing to compromise on the home cinema experience. Projector screens are kept out of the way the majority of the time and automatically drop down when required. Acoustically transparent screens mean that the sound emerges through the display ensuring an amazing cinematic experience.
In this example range topping Artcoustic DFF180-43 speakers sit in a bank of three behind the screen providing front left, right and center channels. The bottom 10" unit is providing low bass having been configured as a sub woofer channel. In common with the rest of the range the speakers can be covered in any material or pattern, ensuring they enhance your living space.
Home Cinema's installed in Dedicated Cinema Rooms
This System is as good as it gets - a dedicated home cinema room enables a no compromise system to be installed. In the above case Artcoustic Spitfire Professional monitors are mounted behind the screen, these are complemented by three Spitfire professional sub woofers. As the sound comes from behind the screen the overall experience is very involving and the three sub woofer speakers allow us to steer bass across the screen. This perfect integration of sound and vision allows us to create the perfect home cinema room.
