The HDMI-UTPRO works as a great local matrix switcher in lecture theatre's, boardrooms and home cinemas but can also send the same HDMI signal over inexpensive UTP cable. Either local or remote displays can benefit from 1900x1200 resolution and HDTV up to 1080p. Room receivers (HDMI-UTPRO-0808-8RX) convert the UTP signal to a HDMI connection ready for presentation to the display. The same receiver also has a multitude of control options available - ensuring seamless control of the display as part of a full Netlinx Home Automation System.
