Power Over Ethernet High Power Wireless Access Points and Switches
Power Over Ethernet (POE) technology aids the custom installer by allowing one network cable to do it all - satisfy power requirements and transmit data at 10/100Mb. This one cable approach aids wiring and allows the in-ceiling/ in-wall Wireless Access Point (WAP-C2) and on-wall WAP (WAP-W2) to be situated virtually anywhere, without the cost and hassle of running mains voltage. Pakedge even extend the POE functionality to their Outdoor Heavy Duty WAP (WAP-O2). 
The convenience of POE technology continues at the hub end also, simply plug your WAP in to your 8 port POE switch (SW8 4PB) and the switch will automatically provide power to the correct port. Endspan Intelligent Detection will not allow the switch to provide power until a valid POE signature is provided ensuring the switch is safe for all devices.
Quiet 24 port switches designed for the AV market
Should you require more ports than the 8 port switch Pakedge also manufacture a 24 port Gigabit Ethernet switch (SW24-GB) which is designed so all cables enter at the 
rear with the usual activity lights on the front - ensuring a clean finished rack appearance. A quiet fan design ensures the switch is at home with other AV equipment.
