We have teams of Lutron trained and accredited field service agents who cover the whole of the South East (including London) and the North West (including Manchester and Cheshire). 
We also operate a nationwide service, if required.
Lutron Spares & Repairs
We are Lutron accredited dealers and as such have access to Lutron in-house technical teams and spare parts, this enables us to get customers back up and running in the shortest amount of time possible. Our engineers are trained to diagnose, re-program simple Grafik Eye systems through to complex Homeworks installations involving multiple processors and huge numbers of lighting channels.

As we also install new Lutron systems - from simple Grafik Eye's to complex Homeworks RF systems - our engineers see the full life cycle of the product. This complete experience enables us to diagnose problems where others have failed and provide outstanding support. The huge quantities of Lutron hardware we purchase enables us to source and dispatch parts extremely quickly.
