Our meeting room audio video installations allow people to share content easily. Nearly every business rely's on IT to pass and share information between staff. People in meetings need to be able to quickly and easily view laptops containing presentations and spreadhseets. Our control systems enable that to happen without time being wasted whilst people work out how to connect their laptop and then, finally, get the image on the screen. With our systems we like to install a pop up tower in the middle of the desk which contains networking, power and laptop video input. Connecting up is as easy as plugging in and pressing one button on a keypad. Should your industry use other media such as DVD's then they are just as easily selected by one button press.
Meeting Room Lighting Controls
Lighting Control Systems work very well in meeting rooms - correct lighting ensures that people can view the display correctly whilst still providing enough light for them to take notes. Our lighting systems can even incorporate blinds - controlling natural light in addition to the traditional lamps. Controlling blinds can also be used to regulate the temperature in a meeting room - partially closing the blinds on hot sunny days. Controlling either lighting or blinds is as easy as pressing one button a lighting keypad or remote control.
