Reliable, high-speed WiFi is no longer optional in a luxury chalet — it is an expectation. We design and install enterprise-grade WiFi solutions using access points from leading manufacturers such as Cisco Meraki, Ruckus, and Pakedge. High-Performance WiFi & Security for an Alpine Chalet – A substantial chalet in the Morzine area presented a classic challenge: thick stone and timber construction, six floors including a basement cinema and rooftop terrace, and an owner who demanded flawless connectivity throughout — including the garage and garden. Lutron Palladiom Wireless Lighting for an Alpine Ski Chalet – When a chalet owner in Châtel wanted full lighting control throughout their property without the disruption of recabling, Lutron’s wireless Palladiom system was the answer. We designed a complete scene-based lighting scheme — including terrace, hot tub area, and cinema room — that could be controlled through elegant keypads, the Lutron app, or integrated into the whole-home Crestron system. An Alpine Team with World-Class Credentials – Custom Controls was founded in 1998, and Custom Controls EURL quickly followed. We have spent over 25 years delivering high-end home automation and cinema installations for private clients across the UK, Middle East, and Europe. Our Alps team is based in Montriond, in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, and combines fluent French speakers with fully trained Crestron programmers and field engineers.
