If you do have plans, drawings or a project brief, sharing them helps us give you a more useful initial response — but they are not a requirement.

We are certified dealers and installers for Crestron and Lutron — the two systems that define the high end of residential smart home and lighting control. We combine both on most of our significant projects: Lutron for all lighting and shading, Crestron providing the unified control architecture for AV, climate, security and access. It is the configuration that the most discerning clients specify, and the one we have more experience delivering than almost any other company in the UK.

Pre-build methodology
Every system we install — whether in London or internationally — is fully assembled, programmed and tested at our UK workshop before arriving on site. What we install is a finished system, not a work in progress.
Proactive remote monitoring
We are notified of system issues automatically and resolve the vast majority before a client is ever aware of them. We are still actively maintaining systems we installed in the late 1990s.
System takeovers
We regularly take over the support and maintenance of systems installed by other companies — bringing them up to our standard and keeping them there. If you have inherited a smart home system that is underperforming, we can help.

Offices in London and Cheshire cover the whole of the UK. Our Alps team, based in Montriond, serves the French and Swiss Alps. We have active projects in Dubai, Morocco, France, Spain and beyond.

If your project is a good fit, we will arrange a consultation — at your property, at our London or Cheshire office, or at the Crestron Experience Centre or Lutron Experience Centre in London. There is no obligation and no sales pressure. We will give you an honest assessment of what the right system for your project looks like, what it costs, and how long it takes. If we are not the right company for your project, we will tell you.
