We have just been commissioned to install a full security system, 4 channel CCTV and lighting control system in a substantial barn conversion in North Manchester. The property will benefit from a full Honeywell Galaxy Alarm system with remote monitoring and connection to a monitoring station.
Advanced Day & Night CCTV Recording
Day & night CCTV cameras allow the owner to view the property on any TV screen in the home and view remotely. A digital video recorder records when movement is detected on constant loop, no need to swap tapes. In the event that footage needs to be stored for further analysis the built in CD writer allows easy download and storage.
Whole Home Mood Lighting Control System
The whole property will benefit from a Crestron GreenLight lighting control systems. A total of 40 lighting channels will allow us to create bespoke lighting scenes in every room of the property. Our lighting installations allow the user to change scenes via the keypads in the rooms, ensuring the system can adapt as the client becomes more comfortable with the system. Day light sensors enable outside lights to come on automatically at dusk increasing security and convenience for the owner. Neat touches such as every keypad in the home has a button to switch on (and show feedback of) the atrium lights meaning the client can easily switch them off from their bedside or switch them on from one of the entrances. The atrium lights themselves have a button to switch on the outside lights - showing the home off at it's best.
