Every system is fully assembled, programmed and tested at our UK workshop before being shipped to Dubai. Crestron Dealer of Distinction. This is Crestron’s highest level of dealer recognition, awarded only to companies that have won five consecutive Crestron Integration Awards. Custom Controls have won five consecutive Crestron Integration Awards — a record unique in the EMEA region — earning us Dealer of Distinction status. It is not a tier that can be purchased, applied for or claimed without evidence. It is the result of five projects, judged independently by Crestron’s own panel, over five consecutive years. Pre-build methodology. Every Custom Controls Dubai system is fully assembled, programmed and tested at our UK workshop before a single component is shipped to the UAE. The racks arrive in Dubai in fully operational condition. Time on site is spent on installation, integration and calibration — not commissioning from scratch. This is the single most important reason our Dubai installations consistently deliver on time and to specification, and it is an approach that very few international installers have the infrastructure to replicate.

Complete manufacturer independence. We have no commercial arrangements with any distributor in the UAE. Crestron Installation in Dubai — What We Deliver

Crestron Home Automation for Dubai Villas. Dubai villas are large, complex and typically multi-system — air conditioning is the defining infrastructure challenge, pools and garden systems require dedicated integration, and the scale of the properties demands a central automation platform with the flexibility to manage hundreds of devices across multiple buildings and grounds. We install both Crestron Home and Crestron Custom depending on the complexity of the brief.

Crestron and KNX Climate Control. Our Crestron installations integrate precisely with Daikin, Mitsubishi, Carrier and other major AC platforms via KNX or BACnet, delivering room-by-room temperature management from the Crestron interface. Geofenced arrival scenes pre-cool the villa to comfort temperature before the family arrives.

Crestron AV Distribution. Any source to any room in the villa simultaneously. Crestron NVX distributes 4K HDR over the network with no quality loss. Crestron NAX manages multi-room audio with a separate source per zone if required.

Outdoor AV and Pool Area Integration. We integrate outdoor audio, outdoor display, terrace lighting, pool system control and automated awnings within the same Crestron interface as the villa interior. Our Dubai estate project included basketball court audio, garden fire pit control and four in-ground subwoofers at the pool.

Crestron Security Integration Dubai. CCTV, gate automation, access control, video intercom and alarm integration within the Crestron system — each access point with individual credentials, time restrictions and audit trails. Remote monitoring is standard.

Our Crestron programming team write bespoke code for every Dubai project — no template programmes. The programme for each Dubai villa reflects the specific layout, the specific preferences of the family and the full roster of third-party systems that need to be integrated. We also offer programming-only services for Dubai properties where the hardware was installed by another company.

Crestron Support & Maintenance Dubai

Every Crestron system we install in Dubai is configured for remote monitoring from our UK operations. We receive automatic alerts when any element degrades and resolve the majority remotely without a site visit. We schedule regular engineer visits to Dubai for preventative maintenance and software updates. Annual Crestron maintenance contracts cover priority response, scheduled visits and unlimited remote support.

The most comprehensive Crestron installation we have delivered anywhere in the world. Eight Crestron processors provide integrated control throughout two large villas and extensive grounds — distributing audio to 72 zones, video to 32 zones and managing over 400 lighting channels across the estate. Five surround sound zones, five Kaleidescape movie servers, four Apple TVs, 24 audio sources and a full Crestron Sonnex audio distribution system serve the family villa, guest villa, staff areas, offices and classrooms simultaneously. The basketball court has four cabinet speakers on the floodlights with two sunken subwoofers; the garden fire pits are Crestron-controlled. Awarded Best International Project at the Crestron Integration Awards — one of the five consecutive wins that earned Custom Controls its Dealer of Distinction status.

IMAX Enhanced Cinema, Dubai

An 11-metre long, 7-metre wide dedicated cinema room housing a 6.4-metre wide projector screen, Trinnov Altitude 32 processing, four Trinnov Amplitude amplifiers driving 48 Artcoustic Performance A6 speakers in a 13.2.14 Dolby Atmos configuration and 18 seats in three tiered rows. The Crestron system manages the cinema as part of the wider estate — one button press transitions the room from standby to full IMAX operation. One of the finest private cinema rooms in the world.

Family Villa Cinema, Dubai

Crestron Home managing the full villa — lighting, AV distribution to seven rooms, AC integration, security and gate control — with a six-seat family cinema room as the centrepiece. The system requires no technical knowledge from any family member to operate.
